Nobility Bikes – General Shipping Policy
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card. We then contact our suppliers to verify item availability. If any item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email.
If your item is available for immediate shipment (within 4–7 business days), we will process your payment and release the order for fulfillment.
Order Shipment:
Orders ship within 4–7 business days of payment processing. You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of dispatch to the email provided at checkout. If you haven’t received tracking information within six business days, contact us at info@nobilitybikes.com.
Shipping Areas:
We currently ship within Canada only. No international shipping, with some limited exceptions (e.g., select products available to the U.S. based on checkout eligibility).
We aim to ship your order as soon as possible. Estimated delivery times are based on our suppliers and freight partners. Due to ongoing global supply chain disruptions, delays may occur without notice. Your patience is appreciated during these challenging times.

Shipping Areas:
Free shipping is available to all provinces in Canada. No shipping to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

• 10% cancellation fee after shipment
• $200 return shipping fee applies
• No returns for non-defective accessories
Emmo – Shipping Policy
Shipping Areas:
Ships across Canada. PO Boxes not supported. For international requests: support@nobilitybikes.com
Delivery & Processing:
• In-stock: ships in 2 business days
• Delivery: 2–4 business days average
• Extra time for custom/assembled bikes
Shipping Cost:
• Calculated at checkout (non-refundable)
Damage Handling:
• Report within 7 days with photos
• Minor: note and notify Emmo
• Major: refuse delivery and contact Emmo
Emmo is not responsible for damage/loss by couriers. Returns must be traceable and insured.
Returns:

ENVO – Shipping Policy
Delivery Estimates:
• Canada West: 2–3 days
• Canada East: 3–7 days
• USA: 3–8 days
Shipping Carriers:
• Small packages: Canada Post
• Large items: Canpar (Canada), UPS (US)
Shipping Cost:
• Shown at checkout (may vary slightly)
• Extremely high-cost zones may require negotiation or cancellation/refund
Returns & Repairs:
• ENVO does not cover return/exchange shipping
• Customers responsible for courier disputes and claims
Inspect shipments before accepting. Report damage with courier documentation. Lost or delayed items are not the responsibility of ENVO.
