At 68 years young, with a knee, ankle, and spinal surgery, this zebra,is really is a game changer. I live in Atlantic Canada and the bike arrived in less than 5 day's all the way from BC. It took me just a little over an hour to assemble with instructions being easy to follow. When I took her out for her maiden voyage, I was really surprised at how the bike shifts through the gears easy, and the power levels are awesome and fun to play with. Had some issues with the order because i wanted to return the bike for another, but ended sticking with this one. Customer service was helpful but i wasn't clear with how to return my product. I ended calling them and the issue fixed up. It was really an issue for my end but the whole process was bumpy. Love the bike and the free accessory that cam along. I would of gave a 5 start if i didn't have to return it.

A heavy bike, really. For greater control, I am using it on low assist. The trails and grass are much better for the fat tyres than the streets. So far, it's a challenge that I'm working toward.
A fantastic bike. I'm a big person with a hip replacement, and this bike is ideal for me. Within an hour, it is ready to use and simple to assemble. I quickly rode the bike and felt as though years had been removed. Without having to worry about not having the stamina to go home, I am looking forward to biking once more. It took less than a week from placing the order to the bike arriving, and it did so unharmed. Overall, this bike lives up to my expectations and is more enjoyable to ride than I had imagined. I am 250 pounds and can travel 50 miles (80 kilometres) on a single charge. There were around 10 kilometres of gravel on these 80 kilometres of moderately hilly terrain. I was continuously using peddle assistance. From a workout viewpoint, I would say 80 km felt like 40 km and that the time was roughly 35% faster.
Its performance over thick gravel (soft shoulder on gravel paths), which was less than stable, disappointed me.
The bike is really cumbersome. Without any help, I completed the assembly in approximately 3 hours.
I'm going to upgrade the seat.
I bought this bike for my parents, we love the bike in general, helps with day to day errands and supports my parents injury but the bike is just too heavy for my parents liking. Its not easy to move around. Although customer service was exceptional, the agent was pretty informative and friendly.
How long it travels and how well it ascends slopes surprises me. Now that we are seniors, we can bike long distances without becoming weary.
These bikes (Vgo Pro) deserve a lot of praise! They are used by my wife and me for pretty much everything, including quick errand runs, outings for meals and groceries, and leisurely trail cruises. It's wonderful not to have to worry about hills or becoming tired! Changes the game. We appreciate that these have a typical pedal bike's appearance and feel. Although the battery adds a little weight to the back, you quickly grow used to it.
Although not incredibly cheap, these bikes offer outstanding value compared to similar models. Fantastic build and ride quality! For a Canadian business, having local sales and service support in the GTA is crucial.
I purchased my first bike there. All of Emmo's Nobility's personnel provide excellent service. They don't adopt the "too cool for you" mentality that some other specialty bike shops do. I chose a bicycle-inspired item, but they have a tonne more. I'd suggest it to friends.
