Nobility Bikes – Returns and Refunds Policy
Cancellations Before Shipping:
Orders may be canceled free of charge any time before they ship. Custom and made-to-order items may be exceptions. To cancel, contact us at info@nobilitybikes.com or call +1-902-989-6633.
Returns & Exchanges:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returns and exchanges. Products must be unopened and unused. A restocking fee may apply. Return eligibility depends on the manufacturer’s policy.
Return Fees:
Outright returns may incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping charges. If exchanging for another product, we may help cover part of the cost depending on the item.
Shipping Time Disclaimers:
Estimated delivery times may vary due to third-party carrier or supplier delays. These estimates are not guaranteed.
• Inspect the product upon delivery and report damages within 24 hours
• You are responsible for return and new shipping costs
• Returns must be unopened and unused
• Orders shipped cannot be refunded in full
• Return shipping fees and restocking fees (typically ~20%) apply once shipped
• Shipping estimates are subject to change
• Chargebacks due to shipping delays are considered a breach of policy
Damaged Items:
Report any damage to info@nobilitybikes.com within 24 hours with photos and video. Claims without timely evidence will not be valid.
Warranties:
Vary by manufacturer. Most offer 2-year warranties. Claims must be made within valid periods with proof.
Chargebacks:
We will resolve any issue. Chargebacks for matters we can resolve are considered fraudulent.

Himiway – Returns & Refunds Policy
Order Cancellation:
• Before Shipment: Free
• After Shipment: 10% fee + $200 CAD return shipping
Order Modification:
• Before Shipping: Free
• After Shipping: Return required. Subject to $200 shipping + 10% fee
Returns:
• Within 15 days of delivery
• Under 10 miles, no damage, in original condition
• 10% restocking fee + $200 shipping applies (non-defect)

Refunds:

Emmo – Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Period:
• eBikes: 30 days
• Parts & Accessories: 7 days
• Third-party items: Final sale
Return Conditions:
• Unopened: $149 shipping
• Used under 32 km: $149 shipping + 20% restocking fee
Return Process:
Email support@nobilitybikes.com with: order #, name, photos, and reason. Refund after inspection.
Cancellations:
• Before Shipping: Full refund
• After Shipping: $149 return shipping + no refund of original shipping
• Financed Orders: 10% cancellation fee
ENVO – Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Window:
• 10 days from purchase
• Product must be unused, clean, and resellable
• Used >5 km: Not eligible
Fees:
• Online orders: 5% restocking
• In-store tested: 10% restocking
• Shipping and customization non-refundable
Return Process:
Request via ticket system. Buyer pays return shipping both ways. ENVO checks product before issuing refund.
ENVO may offer 75–95% store credit or refund for returns slightly outside eligibility.
Refund Processing:
Takes 2 days to 2 weeks after return received. Refunds issued via original payment method.
