If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. 

We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. Majority of our returns before our set period on the product page are FREE. Usually it is 7 days but please read carefully.

We're an online-only eBike store, but we understand how important it is to see, touch, and test a bike before making a decision. That’s why we’ve built a seamless online buying experience, backed by knowledgeable eBike specialists who are just a call or message away to help guide you every step of the way.

Many of our customers have had the same concern—and we’ve helped them confidently choose the right bike without ever stepping foot in a showroom. Plus, for peace of mind, we offer free returns within 7 days of delivery. If your bike doesn’t feel like the right fit, we’ll handle the return process so you can relax at home.

If you absolutely need to try a specific model before buying, give us a call—we’ll do our best to arrange a test ride for you.

As soon as we receive your order, we'll send out confirmation to your email address, this just means we've received your order in our system and we've pre-authorised your payment method ready for your purchase.

If you recently placed your order and didn't immediately receive a confirmation email from us, then there might abe a few issues we can look into: 

Our emails might be going to your junk or spam folder

There might have been a misspelling when you entered your email address during checkout

Your email server has very strong spam filters and is identifying our emails as spam so the emails aren't going through.

We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your item(s) are available and can be despatched as soon as possible. If your item(s) are available for shipping (within 5 business days), we'll process the charges and prepare to ship your order. 

In the event that your item(s) are unavailable for immediate despatch, we remove the pre-authorisation from your payment method and reach out to you via email or telephone.

Don't sweat it!

If you haven't received your tracking information yet, it probably means the cariier responsible for the package hasn't picked up the package yet, the package usually takes around 24-48 hours to ship to the warehouse in preparation for delivery. As soon as the carrier confirms pick-up from the warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number and carrier used for that shipment. It just takes patience! If you haven't received your order confirmation, you can always contact us.
